Turf Designs Terms and Conditions

By accessing, using, purchasing from, or otherwise interacting with Turf Designs, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these Terms, you should discontinue use of our website, services, and communications.

Turf Designs supplies artificial turf, accessories, infill products, installation-related materials, and related services. Product specifications, availability, pricing, and descriptions are subject to change without notice.

All orders are subject to acceptance by Turf Designs. Prices are subject to applicable Arizona sales tax and delivery fees. Payment terms are as specified on invoices, quotations, or purchase agreements.

Customers are responsible for ensuring safe delivery access. All products must be inspected upon delivery. Any shortages, defects, or discrepancies must be reported within a reasonable period after receipt.

Returns may require prior authorization and may be subject to restocking fees. Custom orders, special orders, cut materials, and discontinued products may not be eligible for return.

Product warranties are provided by the applicable manufacturer. Turf Designs does not independently guarantee manufacturer warranty approval and shall not be responsible for warranty determinations made by manufacturers.

To the maximum extent permitted by Arizona law, Turf Designs shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from the use of its products or services.

Customers agree to indemnify and hold harmless Turf Designs, its officers, employees, and agents from claims arising from misuse, improper installation, or unauthorized modification of products.

By providing your mobile number and opting into SMS communications, you expressly consent to receive recurring text messages from Turf Designs regarding product information, order updates, delivery notifications, appointment scheduling, customer service communications, marketing and promotional offers, event announcements, and other business-related communications. Turf Designs does not sell customer mobile numbers or SMS opt-in data. Information collected may be used to provide products, services, customer support, order fulfillment, and communications. Information may be disclosed when required by law.

All content, logos, trademarks, graphics, photographs, and materials associated with Turf Designs remain the property of Turf Designs or its licensors and may not be used without permission.

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Arizona. Any dispute arising under these Terms shall be brought exclusively in a court of competent jurisdiction located in Pima County, Arizona.

Turf Designs reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of our website, services, or communications constitutes acceptance of any revised Terms.
